摘    要:以两次提取,提取时间分别为3,0.5h,提取溶剂甲醇量分别为70,20mL,采用ZORBAX XDB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(体积比为60∶40)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长290nm,柱温30℃进行液相色谱测定辣椒制品中的花椒油素。结果表明,花椒油素在0.001~0.04mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,加标平均回收率为96.8%,RSD为3.62%。该方法简便、准确,适用于辣椒制品中花椒油素含量的测定。

Abstract:With twice extraction and the respectively extraction time is 3 h,0.5 h,the respectively extraction solvent content of methanol is 70 mL,20 mL,chromatographic assay was performed on a ZORBAX XDB-C18(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)column.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(60:40),the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the detection wavelenth was set at 290 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ to determine xanthoxylin in chilli products by HPLC.The method displayed good linearity within 0.001~0.04 mg/mL.The average recovery was 96.8% and RSD was 3.62%.The method is simple,accurate and reproducible for the determination of xanthoxylin in chilli product.
