| Abstract: | Aiming the problems in the definition and delimitation among food additives,main food ingredients and accessorial food ingredients,and following logical rules and the development trend of food science,food additives,main food ingredients and accessorial food ingredients are redefined to ameliorate their definitions and delimit their categories.The ties and differences among food additives,food ingredients and food Ingredients are discussed. |
