石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定螺旋藻中的铝

摘    要:建立适合日常检测分析螺旋藻中铝的试验方法。采用微波消解法处理样品,以Mg(NO3)2-NH4H2PO4为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定螺旋藻中铝,优化仪器条件和试验方法。结果表明:方法的检出限为1.52μg/L,RSD为2.13%~6.29%,回收率为90.65%~108.15%。该法能够简便、快捷、准确地检测螺旋藻中铝的含量,符合要求。

Abstract:To establish a method of determination of aluminum in spirulina powder by GFAAS.The samples were dissolved with microwave digestion and determined by GFAAS.Mg(NO3)2-NH4H2PO4 were used as the martrix modifier to reduce the interference.Analytical conditions for determiantion were optimized.Result: The detection limit of this method was found to be 1.52 μg/L and the relative standard deviations were between 2.13%~6.29%.Value of recovery found were in ranges of 90.65%~108.15%.The method of determination is simple,rapid and the analytical results meet the demands of accuracy and precision.
