地市级政府食品安全预警系统构建

当今社会食品安全问题事件屡次发生,食品安全形势不容乐观。近年来政府开始着手建立食品安全预警系统,以期为食品安全构建一道安全的防线。地市级地区的食品安全是国家食品安全体系中的关键管理区域。针对地市级政府构建食品安全预警系统目前尚无完整的模式,文章根据地市级食品安全状况及人员配备等具体情况,将地市级政府食品安全预警系统结构分为预警信息采集、预警分析和预警反应3个模块,同时对模块的信息系统进行设计。

Food safety problems occur frequently in our modern society,and the food safety situation is not optimistic.In recent years,the government has been started to establish a food security early warning system to ensure food safety. The food safety of municipal area is a key management area in the national food safety system,but there is still no complete constructed model to municipal government food safety early warning systems at the moment.In this article,the municipal government food safety warning system structure is divided into,early-warning information collection,early warning analysis and early warning response,bases on the municipal food security situation and staffing specific circumstances,and the information systems of the three modules have also been well designed at the same time.
