摘    要:文章分析湖南省茶叶质量安全存在的主要问题,提出建立茶叶质量安全溯源系统,使生产经营企业、政府监管部门和消费者能够通过溯源系统实现对茶叶产品的质量安全管理和风险控制。并分析茶叶生产、流通环节中影响茶叶质量安全的关键控制点,研究溯源系统建设的基本框架和系统的实施及运行保障机制。

Abstract:Analyzed the main problems existed in Hunan province tea quality safety,put forward to establish traceability system on tea quality and safety,which made it possible that produce enterprises, government monitoring department and consumers could realize quality safety management and risk control of tea products by traceability system.The article analyzed the critical control points which affect the quality of tea during the production and logistics process,also studied the fundamental framework of traceability system construction as well as guarantee mechanism of system implementation and operation.
