摘    要:以甲烷磺酸铜作催化剂,丙二酸和乙醇为原料合成丙二酸二乙酯。采用正交实验对影响反应的因素进行了考察,结果表明:甲烷磺酸铜有着良好的催化活性,当丙二酸的加入量为0.1 mol,醇酸摩尔比为2.5:1,催化剂用量为1.5%(基于丙二酸的摩尔分数),回流反应时间2.0 h,带水剂甲苯用量为10 mL 的优化条件下,酯化率可达97.5%。与 FeCl_3等 Lewis 酸催化剂相比,甲烷磺酸铜具有较高的催化活性,反应后甲烷磺酸铜经过简单的相分离即可重复使用,无需再生,兼有均相与多相催化剂的优点。

Abstract:The synthesis of diethyl malonate with malonic acid and ethanol as reactants and cupper methanesulfonate as catalyst was studied.The influencing factors were investigated by experiments arranged by orthogonal design.The results showed that cupper methanesulfonate exhibits excellent catalytic activity.The optimum conditions were found as follows.0.1 mol malonic acid,molar ratio of ethanol to malonic acid 2.5:1,1.5% catalyst based on the molar percent of malonic acid,10 mL tol- uene as water-carrying agent and refluxing time 2.0 h.Under these conditions,the yield of diethyl malonate is 97.5%.Compared with other Lewis acids,such as FeCl_3,copper methanesulfonate exhib- its higher esterification yield.Copper methanesulfonate can be reused by simple phase separation without regeneration.It has merits of both homogeneous and heterogeneous catalysis.
