摘    要:本文设计并制作了0~15 MHz带宽的宽带放大器,放大器可放大不低于1 mV的有效值信号,增益0~80 dB预设或手动可调,最大输出电压峰峰值为42 V,在通频带范围内起伏增益1 dB左右,放大器在增益为60 dB的时候,输出噪声电压的峰-峰值为200 mV,通过单片机控制可以实现电压增益和放大器的带宽可预置并显示的功...

Abstract:A programmable wideband amplifier whose bandwidth is from DC to 15 MHz is presented in this paper. This amplifier can amplify 1 mV RMS and has the gain range from 0 dB to 80 dB default or manually adjustable. The maximum output voltage of peak & peak is 42 V, rise and fall within the scope of the pass band is around 1 dB. When the amplifier gain is 60 dB, the output noise voltage of the peak & peak is 200 mv. Using AT89S52 mierocontroller as control core, the voltage gain and bandwidth can be presented and displayed on LCD. The system is reliable and stable with low cost and high efficiency.
