| 摘 要： | 为了有效处理软土层位于中间的多层软弱地基,开发了中间桩体直径扩大的变径双向水泥土搅拌桩,并通过现场试桩施工及检测,介绍了变径双向水泥土搅拌桩的施工原理、机械设备、施工工艺和桩身质量检测结果。现场试桩结果表明所提的变径水泥土搅拌桩施工工艺是合适的,能形成中间截面扩大的新型搅拌桩。由于采用了双向搅拌工艺,保证了水泥掺量,提高了搅拌均匀性,变径双向水泥土搅拌桩的桩身强度大大高于常规水泥土搅拌桩。变径双向水泥土搅拌桩的研发丰富了水泥土搅拌桩处理软弱地基的形式,能经济、有效地对中间软土层的多层地基进行针对性地的处理,具有很好的应用前景。
