炉渣置换软土地基的注浆均质度影响试验研究

摘    要:提出了炉渣置换并注浆的软土地基处理工艺。变化配比制作置换软土地基的炉渣注浆试件,进行不同均质度条件下的力学性质试验,得到了炉渣注浆均质度变化与极限应变、极限强度、弹性模量、泊松比和残余强度等力学参数之间的关系。提高注浆均质度是保障炉渣置换软土地基整体刚度的有效途径,材料配比水∶水泥∶炉渣为1∶1∶4.7的注浆均质度为软土地基炉渣置换注浆工程应用的推荐值。

Abstract:Grouting technology is determined to replace the soft soil foundation with slag,whose constructive materials are mainly different with its changing grain grading.By mechanical tests of grouting slag specimens under different homogeneity degrees,relationships among homogeneity degree and destroyed strain,ultimate strength,elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and remaining strength are found respectively.The results show that advancing stiffness of replaced foundation depends on increasing grouting homogeneity deg...
