| Abstract: | In this paper, the author, according to his own experience gained by many years, introduced an anti-surge control for ethylene compressor in a chemical plant. A theoritical module has been made by using the concepts of physics and mathematics. An anti-surge control strategy has also been implemented on a distributed control system (DCS), which has many advantages such as simple operating, easy to use, and efficiency. This stratege can be used for the automation control of the similar equipmenrs. |
