摘    要:在分析LED全自动编带机控制系统的基础上,针对PLC控制系统中功能模块多,造成功能分散、系统集成度低、成本高等问题,基于工业控制计算机和通用板卡,构建了全自动编带机控制系统,通过对编带机控制技术进行讨论,选用了合理的硬件板卡。使用系统化方法划分控制系统中的软件模块,利用VC++6.0编写控制程序,实现了编带机所需功能。经调试运行,该编带机控制系统比传统PLC控制系统有更高的集成度、可操作性及性价比。

Abstract:LED automatic braiding machine control system was analyzed. Automatic braiding machine control system was constructed using industrial control computer and universal interface card to solve the problems of functions dispersion, low integration, and high cost of PLC control system. Reasonable hardware interface boards were selected based on discussion of braiding machine control technology. Software modules of the control system were divided using systematic method and control program was developed using VC + + 6. 0 to realize the braiding function. Practical operation showed that the control system has higher integration, better maneuverability, and higher performance-to-price ratio than traditional PLC based control system.
