纳米级镀铂的钛阳极研究

摘    要:用磁控溅射的方法制备出纳米级镀铂的钛阳极,用SEM、AFM分析了其表面形貌,并测试了其晶粒大小;用XRD分析了阳极的成分及相结构;用对比试验的方法比较了纳米级镀铂的钛阳极与传统电镀工艺制备的镀铂钛阳极的电化学性能。

Abstract:A type of nanograin platinum-plated titanium anode was prepared using a method of magnetron sputtering. The surface of the anode was studied by means of SEM and AFM. AFM also provided information of grains on the platinum-plated titanium anode surface. X-ray diffraction analysis provided information about the composition of the anode. Electrochemical behavior of the anode prepared by magnetron sputtering was compared with that of the anode prepared by conventional process.
