HG-1060/17.5-YM31型锅炉燃烧特性试验研究

摘    要:针对漳泽电力股份有限公司蒲州发电分公司HG-1060/17.5-YM31型锅炉燃用煤质发生较大变化给锅炉机组带来的高负荷运行特性差等问题,通过检修前试验研究寻找出原因,进而制定了详细的检修方案,并进行了调整试验。试验表明锅炉总风量明显得到提高,使机组的最大出力由283.8 MW提高到300 MW,飞灰含碳量和炉渣含碳量明显降低,修正后的排烟温度明显下降,锅炉热效率明显提高,修正后的锅炉热效率由92.15%~91.94%提高到92.5%~93.05%,从而保证了锅炉机组的安全可靠经济运行。

Abstract:Experimental study is conducted on the HG-1060/17.5-YM31 boiler in Puzhou Power Company,aiming to solve the problem of bad characteristics at high load operation due to great changes of coal quality,so as to develop a detailed maintenance program for adjustment.The result of experiment after adjustment reveals that air flow has been increased greatly which enables the unit's maximum output to rise from 283.8 MW to 300 MW;the carbon content in coal ash and slag decrease obviously;and boiler thermal efficienc...
