摘    要:以节能减排、降低生产成本为目的,结合生产实际,对武钢四炼钢厂转炉工序能耗进行了必要的分析,从工 艺、技术、管理等方面采取了一系列攻关措施,2011年取得全年累计工序能耗-5.43 kg/t(钢)的好成绩,“负能炼 钢”水平达国际一流。

Abstract:Aimed to save energy and reduce emission, as well as decrease the production cost, energy consumption of converter procedure in the steelmaking plant No.4 of WISCO was analyzed according to practice. A serious of meas- ures were taken on process, technology, management, etc. An annual accumulative operational energy consumption of -5.43 kg/t was obtained, indicating that the technology of steel-making with negative energy consumption has reached the international first class level.
