| 摘 要： | 合成了3种阳离子无醛固色剂H、Q及W，并将其复配，进行固色效果比较。结果表明，当固色剂Q与固色剂W以质量比1：1混合制备的复配型固色剂M-3固色效果最好，染中色布料时的湿摩擦牢度达4级，染深色布料时的湿摩擦牢度达3级。考察了复配型固色剂M-3最佳固色工艺条件，染中色布料时固色剂M-3用量占织物总量6％，固色温度50-60℃，pH6～7，浸泡时间20min；染深色布料时，固色剂M-3用量占织物总量8％，固色温度40～45℃，pH7—8，浸泡时间20min。

| Abstract: | Three cationic formaldehyde - free fixing agents such as H, Q and W, were synthesized and com- pounded. Their applications were compared. The result showed the fixing effect of M - 3 fixing agent prepared by mixing fixing agent Q and W at mass ratio of 1 to 1 ,was best. The wet rubbing fastnesses were up to grade 4 and 3 respectively when M -3 was applied to the medium fabric and fuscous fabric. Furthermore, the best fixing process conditions of M - 3 were studied as follows： the dosage of M - 3 used at 6% （ based on total mass of fabric）, fixing temperature 50 - 60 ℃ and pH 6 - 7, and dipping time 20 minutes when applied to the medium fabric ; but the dosage of M - 3 used at 8%, fixing temperature 40 -45℃ and pH 7-8, and dipping time 20 minutes when applied to the fuscous fabric.
