| 摘 要： | 600 MW燃烧炉省煤器原采用蒸汽吹灰,但积灰较严重。进行声波清灰系统改造后,系统避免吹损受热面管子,提高锅炉热效率、降低煤耗,延长受热面管子运行寿命,保证锅炉长周期安全稳定运行。

| Abstract: | 600MW boiler economizer used steam soot blowing system,but ashes pile up very seriously.After retrofit for acoustic ash-cleaning,systems avoids damaging the tube heating surface,and improves boiler thermal efficiency,reduces coal consumption,and extends the operational life of heating surface tubes,and ensures safe and stable operation of long period of boiler. |
