消失模制模工艺射料方法的研究

针对在消失模模样生产中，对较复杂模具射料时珠粒填充不满的现象，提出珠粒填充性能实验模型，用于评价几种射料方法的填充效果。针对手工模或机械模单枪射料的特殊情况，提出脉动压吸填充的射料方法，并用自制试验装置，解决了较复杂模具单枪射料不满的问题。

Study on Filling Methods of Foam Processing in the EPC Process

In accordance with the phenomenon of the EPS particles' not being filled into the complex mould fully druing manufacture of EPS patterns, a experimental model for evaluating filling performance of the EPS particles is raised in this paper. With this model, the comparative study on filling effect for several kinds of filling methods is proceeded. Aimed to the special situation of filling methods with single filling gun for the handwork or mechanical moulds, the filling method of pule absorbing with the help of positive pressure is adopted to solve the pattern's defects with the self made testing device.
