基子LabVIEW的富士变频器与工控机的RS485通信

摘    要:介绍了控制系统结构、富士变频器的RS485通信协议和通信切换方法,利用LabVIEW开发了变频器通信控制程序,解决了变频器指令的格式转换问题.实现了电机的自动控制和状态监测。以启动电机和监测电机运转时变频器的输出频率为例,给出了基于LabVIEW的富士变频器RS485通信控制的解决方案。
