摘    要:本文介绍了适于小直径内环缝 MAG 焊中使用的电磁感应式焊缝跟踪系统。在传感器方面解决了错边干扰、定位焊点干扰及电弧高温的影响。研制了用于小直径内环缝的焊接设备,提出了相应的MAG焊接工艺,并在应用中取得良好效果。

Abstract:The electric-magnatic indutive seam tracking system for small inner circumferential weld has been introduced in this paper.The problems of influences of edge displacement disturbance,tack weld disturbance and high arc temperature on the sensor have been solved.The whole welding equipment and MAG weld technology for small inner circumferential weld has been developed.Better results have been achieved in practice.
