摘 要: | 用反相悬浮聚合和滴加单体的方法制备以聚乙二醇双丙烯酸酯交联的聚丙烯酸钠高吸水性树脂。详细探讨了温度,引发剂和单体浓度,油水比等最佳反应条件。

Preparation of High Water-Absorbent and Study of the Influence of Crosslinking Agent on Water-Absorbency |

Abstract: | The water-absorbent (polyacrylate crosslinking with polyethyleneglycol diacrylate) was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization process and slow dripping addition of monomers to dispersing medium.The influence of such factors as temperature, initiator concentration, monomer concentration, and volume ratio of oil phase to water phase on the absorbency of water-absorbent has been discussed in detail. The chain length of the crosslinking agent had a great effect on the absorbency and absorption rate of water-absorbent. As the molecular weight of polyethyleneglycol was 600,the water-absorbent possessed maximum water-absorbency, absorbing 1150 times distilled water and 125 times saline solution (0.9% NaCl). |
