Exploration of Happy Index System in Countries

With the rapid growth in material wealth,the sense of happiness does not raised to human being.This paradox expands widely discussion and researches to the international society.The author selects some evaluation system of happy index from deferent countries and introduces the content and function further more.These government orientated happy index system will be benefit to the deep understanding and build the comprehensive measurement to human well-being.In the end,urban planning is a comprehensive discipline,the author calls for fully understanding and study about national happiness and urban development.
