基于Pro/Intralink实现压铸模的并行设计

摘    要:压铸模设计具有系统性、灵活性、经验性和试探性等特点,由此提出了压铸模并行设计的实现方法,利用基于并行工程的信息管理系统Pro/Intralink对压铸模产品模型进行有效管理,设计者可通过与Pro/Intralink紧密关联的Pro/E三维软件完成产品的并行设计;同时介绍了具体实现的几个关键技术:建立合适的工作流、协同人员的有效管理、数据库的自动备份和恢复.实践表明,压铸模的并行设计将提高产品的设计效率,加快产品的上市速度.

Abstract:Since the design of casting die has the systematic, flexible, experimental and tentative characteristics, the method which can realize the concurrent design of casting die is proposed. The designer can manage casting dies effectively though utilizing the information administration system Pro/Intralink based on the concurrent engineering, and realize the concurrent design using the Pro/E 3D software which is linked tightly with Pro/Intralink. In addition, the key practical techniques to realize the concurrent design are also introduced, and the proper flow chart, the effective administration of the cooperated personnel, the automatic backup and recovery of the database are established. The practice shows that the concurrent design of casting die can increase the effectiveness of design, thus put the more new products into the market.
