基于改进遗传算法的数控加工切削用量优化

摘    要:针对数控加工的特点,建立以加工成本最低、生产率最高和利润率最大为目标函数,以机床性能、刀具、工件、工艺等限制因素为约束条件的切削用量优化数学模型,运用改进遗传算法对切削用量进行优化。与传统遗传算法相比,该算法采用实数编码,基于搜索点的适应值变化趋势进行定向变异并自适应地改变变异步长,局部搜索能力和全局优化能力更强。优化结果表明:在切削用量优化计算中,该方法收敛速度快,结果也较稳定。
