基于AMESim的混凝土搅拌运输车液压控制系统仿真分析

摘    要:分析混凝土搅拌运输车液压驱动系统的原理,基于控制系统的数学模型,使用AMESim仿真软件对搅拌运输车的加料搅拌和运输搅拌工况进行仿真分析,仿真结果证明该控制系统的恒速控制特性。

Abstract:The principle of hydraulic drive system for concrete mixer transport-truck was analyzed.Based on its mathematical model,working conditions of material feeding and mixing for the mixer transport-truck were simulated by AMESim.The simulation results verify this system has constant control characteristics.
