基于统计建模的设备预防维护周期预测

设备堆修管理在企业生产经营活动中占有十分重要的地住，对企业设备长时阔稳定运行起着决定性作用。在实施设备堆修管理时，对一些重要堆修参数如设备事后堆修时间分布、预防堆修周期进行科学、合理的预测直接关系到设备管理效果，对保证设备的性能，节约企业的资源等都起着重要的作用。本文提出了基于统计的设备预防护周期整体常数均值预测模型，并将预测结果应用到企业日常生产中。

The Study of Maintenance Period Forecasting Decision-making Based on Statistical Modeling

Equipment maintenance management plays a great role in the activities of manufacturing enterprises, and it is the principal or exclusive determinant of the business equipment prolonged stable operation. It must identify some reasonable scientific maintenance parameters which relate to the effectiveness and success of the equipment management in the implementation of equipment maintenance management, and also it is important to ensure the equipment performance, save enterprises resources and reduce production costs. it proposes an average value forecasting model of preventive maintenance cycle by statistics according to the characteristics that maintenance cycle waves around a fixed level, and applies results to the production .
