| 摘 要： | 文章分析了中关村科技园区企业人才结构的现状、特点和问题,认为中关村科技园区人才聚集效应明显,促进了企业创新能力的提升。但是高端人才、国际化人才和高技能人才的比重偏低,受政策影响较大。中关村应继续完善人才成长环境,为人才结构的优化创造更加宽松的内外部条件。
