不拆卸灭弧室测量真空度的技术研究

摘    要:为了使用磁控放电法开展真空开关真空度的不拆卸测量 ,研制了一种新型的“两半组合式”磁场线圈 ,不用拆卸灭弧室 ,就可以使用磁控放电法测量灭弧室真空度。由于这种新型的磁场线圈产生的轴向磁场与螺线管相近 ,提高了真空开关真空度的不拆卸测量精度。给出新型磁场线圈的磁控放电的原理、真空度测试仪电路及真空度标定实验曲线。

Abstract:In order to measure the internal pressure of vacuum interrupters by the magnetron method,a new type of magnet coil,called Half column,is developed.Without detaching vacuum tube from the circuit breaker,the internal pressure in vacuum interrupters can be measured by this magnetron discharge method.The measuring sensitivity is improved by the application of the new coil because of its strong axial magnetic field,The principle of the magnetron discharge method,circuit and calibration curves of the instrument are presented in this paper.
