| 摘 要： | 在简单介绍统一通信产生背景的基础上,分析了统一通信发展的动力,给出了多个厂家和标准化组织所定义的统一通信的概念。以思科、微软、亚美亚和华为等软件或设备提供商的统一通信解决方案为例,介绍了统一通信技术的研究现状,并在此基础上总结了统一通信的基本业务功能,分析指出了统一通信在融合、动态、开放和统一管理四个方面的基本特征;最后介绍了统一通信的发展趋势和发展阶段。

| Abstract: | Based on the background of Unified communication （UC）, the reason why unified communication grows quickly is analyzed.And definitions of UC given by companies and standardization organization are present. Then take solutions proposed by companies like Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya and Huawei for examples, the current UC technology is introduced. The essential service functions of UC are shown and the basic characteristic of UC like merging, integration, collaboration and unified management is analyzed.The development trend and stage of UC are present at last. |
