彭水升船机超大型下沉式平板门安装技术研究

摘    要:彭水500t级垂直升船机下闸首工作大门为带卧倒小门的下沉式平板门,是升船机下游的挡水设备,过船时船厢通过其与下游水域对接,可适应下游15.6m的通航水位变化。本文介绍了此套设备结构形式及主要特点、大件运输吊装具体实施方法,同时对此套设备的安装技术进行了详细总结,旨在为同类型闸门安装提供实际经验。

Abstract:Pengshui class 500t vertical ship lift lower head working gate belongs to sunken plane gate with drop-down gate and water retaining equipment on downstream part of the ship lift.The ship tank is docked with downstream water area through the gate during ship passes through,thereby the ship can adapt to downstream navigation water level change of 15.6m.Structure form and main features of the equipment as well as concrete implementation methods of large transportation hoisting are introduced in the paper.Meanwhile,the installation technique of the equipment is summarized in details,thereby providing practical experience for installing similar gates.
