摘    要:针对水陆两用拖拉机换轮减速箱体积过大、运转不灵活等问题,利用MATLAB优化工具箱,以体积为优化目标,对齿轮的齿数、模数以及齿宽系数进行优化。为节省计算成本,在齿轮参数化有限元模型仿真计算的基础上,建立齿面接触应力的参数化接触模型,MATLAB工具箱 Optimization Toolbox 实现了多约束的优化问题。以优化结果对齿轮进行重新设计后,体积大为缩小。经有限元仿真验证,齿轮齿面接触应力在许用范围内。

Abstract:As the amphibious tractor wheel gear box is too large and lack of flexibility,the paper used MATLAB optimization toolbox to optimize the volume of the target,the number of teeth,as tooth width coefficient and modulus optimizing.To calculate the cost savings,based on gear parameterized finite element simulation model,it established a tooth surface contact stress agent model.The results showed that, the Optimization Toolbox of MATLAB toolbox achieved multi constrained optimization.After the gears were redesigned based on the optimized results,the volume was greatly decreased,and gear tooth contact stress forces were within the allowable range under finite element simulation.
