摘    要:应用FLUENT软件对纵向翅片管、圆形翅片管和椭圆形翅片管的传热性能进行模拟分析,得到流场中温度和压力的分布,并分别将纵向翅片管和椭圆形翅片管的传热性能与圆形翅片管进行比较。分析表明,纵向翅片管的传热效果最差,椭圆翅片管与圆形翅片管的传热效果相当,但椭圆形翅片管对流体造成的压降略小,综合传热效果最为理想。

Abstract:FLUENT is applied to heat transfer performance simulation analysis of longitudinal finned tube,circular finned tube and elliptic finned tube,the distribution of temperature and pressure in the flow field is obtained.Compare the heat transfer performance of longitudinal finned tube and elliptic finned with circular finned tube.Analysis shows that heat transfer effect of longitudinal finned tube is the worst,heat transfer effect of elliptical finned tube and circular finned tube is quite,but the fluid pressure drop caused by elliptic finned tube is slightly smaller, comprehensive heat transfer effect of elliptic finned tube is most ideal.
