摘    要:水口水电厂实施“无人值班”(少人值守)工作,对机电设备进行了大量有针对性的改造和完善;同时,落实了防灾害措施及其他主要措施,包括在线监测技术的应用和建立工业电视监视系统、生产管理信息系统、大坝安全监测系统、水库调度及水务信息管理系统、智能化保安系统以及水电站仿真系统等。

Abstract:The unmanned operation mode is put into practice actively and steadily at the Shuikou Hydropower Plant. Many reforms for perfecting the electric equipment are carried out. At the same time, the measures for disaster prevention and other aspects are put into effect. The application of on line monitoring technique and the establishment of industrial TV monitoring system, management information system, dam safety monitoring system, reservoir regulation and hydrological information management system, intelligent public security system, and simulation system for hydropower plants, are included in the main measures.
