| 摘 要： | 利用热处理温度场的计算机模拟软件计算出大型锻钢支承辊锻件差温加热及冷却时的温度场。在实验室对小试样进行差温热处理模拟试验，得到了该锻件实际生产时的合理工艺参数。用大试块进行了工业验证，最后生产出了符合质量要求的大锻件。

| Abstract: | The temperature field of a large forged back-up roll during differential heating and cooling was simulated with a computer based finite element method.A simulative test of differential heat treatment with some smaller samples was carried out in lab,and some process parameters suitable for this large roll in practice were obtained and verified with some larger samples.The large forged back-up roll was heat-treated successfully. |
