| Abstract: | Academic freedom is a necessary condition for the forming and developing of academic activities. Academic norm is the starting point for new academic activities, and the precondition of academic freedom is following the existing academic norm. They are equally important to academic activities. Their relation in academic activities is both contradictive and unitive. |
