超长镀锌弧形波形瓦结构的有限元计算

摘    要:建立了柱壳结构的有限元力学模型,用FORTRAN77语言编制出计算程序,最终对超长镀锌弧形波形瓦结构进行有限元计算,文中分析了超长镀锌弧波形瓦结构的变形与几何参数之关系,得出了许多有益的结果,为超长锌镀弧形波形瓦企业标准的制定及其产品的推广应用提供理论依据和基础数据。

Abstract:The mechanical model of the finite element of cylindrical shells is built and calculational program is written by FORTRAN 77. Finally the maximum length zincification arc-pantile structure is computed by means of the program. The relations between deformation and structural geometrical parameter are analyzed and many good results are get. The research drives which industrial standard of the maximum length zincification arc- pantile is established and product is widely used for corporation.
