压电陶瓷耦合固体继电器的研制及其电学性能

摘    要:针对传统固体继电器存在的接通时间长、抗干扰能力差、触发灵敏度等问题,采用PZT压电陶瓷材料,研制出片式结构的压电陶瓷耦合器,并以它为隔离器件又研制出压电陶瓷耦合固体继电器。这种继种器的抗干扰能力、接通时间、触发灵敏度、绝缘电阻、交越失真等主要性能指标与传统的固体继电器相比有显著提高,显示出了很好的应用前景。

Abstract:One kind of long-shaped piezoelectric ceramic coupler was fabricated with a modified PZT piezoelectric ceramic material.Using this piezoelectric ceramic coupler as an isolation part,the piezoelectric ceramic solid-state relay was made.This kind of relay has distinctive advantages in such characteristics as anti-disturbance,switching-on time,trigger sensitivity and insulated resistance,compared with traditional solid-state relays.So it will have a good market prospect in the future.
