密闭鼓风炉炼铅锌过程中SO2和CO2排放的生命周期评价

摘    要:采用生命周期评价的方法对某冶炼厂密闭鼓风炉炼铅锌过程中CO2和SO2排放进行了清单分析,分别用全球变暖指数(GWP)和酸化指数(ACP)表征CO2和SO2排放对环境造成的影响。结果表明对GWP影响最大的是能源和电站,其次是冶炼和锌蒸馏,而烧结过程对ACP影响最大。

Abstract:The environmental impact assessment of wastes produced by the Imperial Smelting Process (ISP) for metallic zinc and lead production in a certain smelter has done quantitatively by life cycle assessment method. Using Global Warming Potential (GWP) and Acidification Potential (ACP) assesses the environmental impacts. The most responsible process for GWP is power and electricity generation, followed by smelting and zinc distillation, whereas it is sintering for ACP. This study provides a scientific basis for the further improvement of ISP.
