基于ADAMS的双横臂独立悬架仿真与优化

摘    要:应用虚拟样机软件ADAMS建立了1/2双横臂独立悬架的虚拟样机模型,对建立的模型进行了运动学仿真分析.重点叙述了以车轮的最大侧滑量为目标函数,对悬架系统进行优化.结果显示,车轮接地点侧向滑移量大大降低,达到了优化目的.

Abstract:The virtual prototype of double wishbone suspension was built by using mechanical system simulation software ADAMS,and the Kinematics Simulation was performed. Maximal sideslip of Wheel as Objective Function,optimization of wishbone performed is significantly emphasized,result show that sideslip of Wheel effectively reduced,achieving the aim to optimization.
