导静电环氧涂料导静电和防腐性能研究

摘    要:重点研究了影响非碳系添加型导静电环氧涂料的导电性和防腐性的因素。结果显示提高PVC和添加片状类型的填料对提高导静电性能有积极的作用,而选择合适的树脂固化剂体系和PVC对提高防腐性起着重要的作用。

Abstract:The influence factors which have important effect on the conductivity and anti-corrosive properties of no-carbon system static transmitting epoxy coating were investigated in detail.The results show that a higher PVC and using of micaceous extender have positive effect on conductivity and a proper resin and curing agent system and PVC have crucial influence on anti-corrosion properties for conductive epoxy coating.
