| 摘 要： | 本文以新建重型卡车非金属件涂装线为例，详细介绍了非金属件面漆涂装的工艺流程、涂装工艺设备、辅助设备及物流方向，以及在线体空间极其有限的情况下需要考虑的主要因素，通过对主要因素的优化组合，得出了最佳工艺设计方案。

| Abstract: | Nonmetal paint painting process,coating process equipment and auxiliary equipment,logistics direction and the main factors need to consider at the space extremely limited conditions were introduced in detail in this paper by using the new heavy trucks non-metal parts coating line as an example,the best process design was got by optimum combination of main factors. |
