| 摘 要： | 重卡车身取消中涂后涂装面漆存在漆膜外观质量下降的问题。本文立足中国重汽卡车公司实际生产，从电泳和面漆涂装两方面结合施工工艺与设备探讨了在卡车车身取消中涂后提升面漆漆膜外观品质的方法。重点探讨了如何通过改善前处理和电泳涂装的工艺与设备来降低电泳漆膜表面粗糙度，以及如何通过优化面漆施工参数和提高油漆施工性能来提升面漆外观，从而达到提升免中涂车身漆膜外观品质的目的。

| Abstract: | The film appearance quality was decreased when the basecoat of the Heavy Duty truck body was abolished.This paper was based on the Chinese heavy truck company real production,the method which improving topcoat film appearance quality without basecoat process was discussed combined with construction technology and equipments of electrophoresis and finishing two aspects in the truck body coating process.Focusing on how to improve pretreatment and electrophoresis coating technology and equipment to reduce the surface roughness of electrophoresis paint,as well as how to optimize paint construction parameters and improve the construction of paint performance to enhance the topcoat appearance so as to promote the film appearance quality of free basecoated truck body. |
