高温隔热涂料的保温隔热性能改进探讨

摘    要:针对超过800℃条件下使用的高温隔热涂料,从涂料的填料入手并利用聚氨酯泡沫塑料作辅助隔热层,使其保温隔热性能得到改进和提高,在一定条件下满足因产品升级而对保温隔热性能提高的要求,通过中空填料的运用和高温隔热涂料+聚氨酯泡沫塑料的复合隔热涂层,提高了耐高温隔热涂料的保温隔热性能,延长保温隔热涂料的有效隔热时间。

Abstract:According to the requirement of high temperature heat insulation paint more than 800 ℃ conditions, the thermal insulation performance of high temperature resistant heat insulation coating was improved and enhanced by proceed with extender and using polyurethane foam plastics as auxiliary heat insulation layer, make, the thermal insulation improved for product upgrades and to meet the requirements at certain conditions, thermal insulating properties of the high temperature resistant heat insulation coating was improved by using of hollow extender and high temperature heat insulation coating +polyurethane foam plastics compound heat insulation coating, the thermal insulation paint heat insulation time was extended effectively.
