摘    要:分析了低温多效海水淡化工况下铝合金传热管防腐涂层的使用环境、腐蚀影响因素等,选择了一种专用铝合金传热管的纳米涂层作为研究对象,与同类防腐涂料对比其耐工况腐蚀性能,同时对纳米涂层铝合金传热管进行了换热方面的性能测试及经济性评价。

Abstract:The application environment and the influence of corrosion of the aluminum thermal conductive tube anti-corrosion coating were analyzed. A nano-coating was selected for special aluminum alloy heat transfer tube, the corrosion conditions was compared with similar corrosion-resistant coating, at the same time, the performance test of heat transfer aspects and economic evaluation of the nano-coated aluminum alloy heat transfer tubes were finished.
