电弧喷涂局限性研究

摘    要:钢板氧炔切割面在电弧喷涂时,容易出现涂层剥落的情况。通过研究发现,Q345B氧割面金相组织由铁素体和珠光体变成了马氏体,硬度提高了一倍,该变化使氧割面很难获得电弧喷涂所需要的粗糙度。单纯的锌铝合金涂层防腐性能并不理想,必须进行封闭处理。

Abstract:When applying electric arc spraying,the coating is easy to peel from the surface of the steel’s acetylene cutting face.We found that the metallurgical structures were changed from ferrite and pearlite to martensite and their hardness increased 1 time.This change makes the acetylene cutting face difficult to get the required roughness.The resist-corrosion performance of pure zinc alloy coating is not ideal.The coating must be sealed.
