海上钢结构首次涂装过程中的节能减排

摘    要:海上钢结构的防腐在海上平台建造过程的成本中占了很大的比例。加强控制涂装过程中涂料的用量可以很大程度上节省平台建造成本,针对涂装过程中的枪嘴、环境因素、构件几何形状和喷漆手的喷涂技术等方面对首次涂装过程中的涂料节能空间进行分析并总结了合理的节能减排措施。

Abstract:The construction cost of anti-corrosion of the offshore steel structure account for a big proportion in the offshore platform construction process.Control the amount of paint in coating process can save costs of the platform construction greatly.Saving space in first coating process was analyzed and reasonable measures were found according to the coating process of muzzle,environmental factors,and shapes of the geometric and spray technology etc.
