微型柴油机用喷油嘴的试验研究

摘    要:本文对微型柴油机喷油系统的喷油过程进行试验研究,通过改变最大针阀升程,并与原喷油嘴进行比较。结果表明:针阀升程变小,则泵端压力及嘴端压力有所提高,喷油持续期延长,喷油循环波动变小,整机经济性改善,在微型柴油机上应用能改善发动机性能。

Abstract:In this paper the injection process of injection system of miniature diesel is experimentally studied. With changing maximum needle stroke and comparing with original injection nozzle. The result shows that if needle stroke is changed small the pressure of bump end and nozzle end is somewhat raised and injection duration is prolonged and cyclic variation of injection is changed small and the economic performance is improved. Good performance can be obtained when applied in miniature diesel engines.
