| 摘 要： | 先用0.1mol/L KBrO3-KBr产生的溴加成后,碘量法测出富马酸含量,再用0.1mol/L NaOH测出总酸消耗NaOH的毫升数,由测出的富马酸含量可得其消耗NaOH的毫升数,由总酸消耗NaOH的毫升数减去富马酸消耗NaOH的毫升数,即可算出2,3二溴丁二酸的含量。该方法简便,易于操作,定量准确,可用于生物素合成过程中间体含量的监控。

| Abstract: | first used bromine produced by 0.1mol/L KBrO3-KBr to adding,then determined the content of fumaric acid with iodine method. Used 0.1mol/L NaOH to determine the milliliter amount of 0.1MNaOH consumed by total acid,according to the content of fumaric acid to gain the milliliter amount of 0.1MNaOH consumed by fumaric acid ,then get the content of meso-2,3-dibromosuccinic acid. The method was simple,easy to operation,accuracy and could be used to supervise the content of intermediate during biotin synthesis. |
