灯泵浦高效率Nd:YAG倍频绿光激光器的研究

摘    要:研制出灯泵浦高效率Nd:YAGKTP倍频绿光激光器.采用L型折叠腔及腔内倍频技术,在泵浦注入电流16 A,声光调制频率10 KHz时,输出63 W的高功率532 nm绿光,光束质量较好,基频光成份小于1%.调制频率8 KHz时,获得最高光-光转换效率63.8%.对绿光激光器输出功率的稳定性进行了实验研究与分析,采用优化的参数和改进的水冷结构,实现高效率、高稳定性的绿光输出.

Abstract:A light-pumped high efficient Nd:YAG KTP frequency-doubled green laser is demonstrated.Utilizing a L-shape folded resonator and a KTP crystal for intracatity frequency doubled,a maximum average output power at 532nm of 63W is obtained at 10 kHz repeated rate when the pump current is set at 16 A.The beam quality is comparatively feasible,and the fundamental frequency ingredient is less than 1%.Additionally,a light-to-light conversion efficiency of 63.8% is acquired when the repetition rate is set at 8 kHz.Du...
