| 摘 要： | 对组合截面箱型钢柱的组焊(装)规律和工艺进行分析,着重研究控制焊接变形的方法和措施,对其焊接变形进行预控。总结"两联六口"组合截面箱型钢柱组焊(装)工艺,采取"内插法"解决组合截面箱型钢柱焊接变形等技术问题。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of assembly welding technology of composite box steel columns,the key study was carried out on measures of controlling welding distortions in advance.In addition,the welding sequence of "two-line-six-opening" composite box steel columns was summarized and technical problems such as controlling welding distortions of composite box steel columns were solved by "interpolation" method. |
