摘    要:研究了稀土氧化物的添加对ZrO2 陶瓷材料的烧结性能、力学性能及材料色泽性和化学稳定性的影响.实验结果表明:添加微量的Pr2O3 可制得具有自然齿色的高强度和良好化学稳定性的口腔生物陶瓷材料;微量掺杂Pr2O3 不会影响材料的烧结性和力学性能,但过量的添加则会使烧结材料的常温力学性能降低,光色性变差.

Abstract:In this paper, the effect of Pr 2O 3 addition on sinterability, colouration, chemical stability and mechanical properties of Y 2O 3 doped zirconia ceramics was investigated. It is found that small amount of Pr 2O 3 addition has no significant effects on material properties mentioned above. By this way the bioceramics with the colour similar to the natural dentine could be developed. On the other hand excessive amount of Pr 2O 3 could deteriorate their mechanical properties at room temperature and colour.
